Naughty Reunion Competition Terms and Conditions

TUI UK reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time.

Mobiletrails Limited operates a shortcode number: 82345 on behalf of TUI UK to receive all types of mobile content and competition entries.

• Mobile users are liable for all texts received by TUI UK to 82345.
• TUI UK is not liable for mobile operator errors.
• Viewers under the age of 18 should seek permission from their parent or guardian before calling from a mobile phone.
• By sending a text you will be deemed to have read and understood these conditions and be bound by them.

TUI competition T&Cs

• Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of TUI UK or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.
• By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
• Competitions are only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
• Entrants for premium rate competitions must be at least 18 years of age.
• All decisions of TUI UK will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• All entries answers must be received by TUI UK by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered automatically upon submission. No responsibility will be taken by TUI UK for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
• If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable TUI UK reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Please allow 28 days for prize.
• The winner’s name will be selected in a random draw from all correct answers received. Winner(s) of prizes will be announced by TUI UK on facebook.com/The-Naughty-Reunion. There will be only one winner per calendar month.
• If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by TUI UK then TUI UK may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.
• Entry costs are £1 per entry plus network rates where advertised unless otherwise stated. Entrants are liable for their costs.
  11.TUI UK reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
• Prizes Involving Travel: (a) TUI UK reserves the right to require written permission from the parent or guardian of any winner(s) who is under the age of 16 and to require such winner(s) to choose as a companion someone 18 or over. (b) All travel, holiday, health or insurance shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not TUI UK. Travel connections, additional charges, exit taxes, etc. are the responsibility of prize winners and should be paid from the spending money given as part of prizes (d) Travel dates may be restricted to certain times of the year; (d) Unless otherwise stated, all travel and holiday prizes must be taken within one year of the date of the competition draw.
• Naughty Reunion will announce at least one winner per month on http://www.facebook.com/TNRUK
  14.Monthly contests will start on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00:01 a.m. and end on the final day of that same calendar month at 11:59:59 p.m.  Respondents will only be included in the draw for the calendar month during which their response was received.
• You may enter multiple times.
• Competition will start 1st May any entries before this date will be entered into May 2012 draw.
• The last Naughty Reunion’ Competition prize draw will run until 31st October 2012 any entries after this date will not be counted but may be charged.
• You are bound by the 2wenty T&C for The Naughty Reunion which can be found at the back of a 2wentys brochure or at www.thomson.co.uk.

Deposit: £34.00 pp
Ticket cost: £149.00 pp
Gold room: £20.00 pp - based on 5-6 sharing
Essential passes: £20.00 pp
Pre-booked car parking: £10.00 per car
On the gate car parking: £20.00 per car
Name changes / Amendments: £5.00 per change

Booking Conditions

• All passengers booking The Naughty Reunion must be over the age of 18 at the event and must bring photographic ID.
• The deposit of £34 is non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received within 12 weeks of the event.
• Private chalets must be fully occupied otherwise Smaller parties may be allocated shared accommodation. (2x pax will share, 3x pax possibility to share based on rooms available, 4+ pax guaranteed own chalet).
• All artistes are subject to contract.
• Changes may incur admin fees.
