- When is the payment deadline?
You must have paid off your order in total by Tuesday 1st November 23:59pm.
- How do I book for Naughty Reunion?
If you would like to attend Naughty Reunion you need to pay for a Deposit ticket (Per person) and accommodation. All of the available products including Extra Night / Balcony Pass & National Transfers are available on the website.

- I haven’t received an email to say I’ve been added to the Event Genius platform, can you help?
Please note only the lead booker when you booked abroad will receive this email. They will need to email in if they haven’t received an email from Event Genius to confirm their account is live.
The lead booker must email us quoting their original Order Ref received from TUI.
- Why can't I login / I haven't received my password?
If you made a booking for Naughty Reunion 2015 and you believe you already have an account but unable to sign in please email us and we can resolve the issue. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you're not receiving a new password please email us and we can reset your password.
- How do I assign guests?
- Click Assign Guests.
- Add guest details (if your name is already on the system click your name to continue).
- Click Assign Ticket (at the bottom of the dashboard).
- Assign a guest name per ticket. Click Update to confirm.
- Once all guests have been assigned a ticket, click Confirm Details to complete order.
- Can I join a friends order?
So long as you haven’t booked accommodation and your friend has space in their room. Please ask your friend to email us to request for you to be added. They will also need to quote your Order ID with your Deposit ticket on that order.
- Can my room be near my friends?
This unfortunately isn’t an option. As there are so many bookings we can’t guarantee the location of your room. All accommodation is less than 1min walk from each block. Tip: Try booking the same type of rooms on the same order and this will help with your chances of being close.
- Can I pay on the phone?
Yes you can, however the quickest method would be to sign in on your computer or smartphone here: https://naughtyreunion16.eventgeniustravel.co.uk/account/login once signed in you can make a payment. Any issues please email: email@example.com quoting your Order ID.
- Can I change a guests name on my Order?
Yes you can change a guests name. A £5 admin charge will be applied when making this change. You must be the lead booked to request this change. Please call us to resolve this issue: 0113 350 4114
- Do I need a deposit ticket?
Yes you need a deposit ticket per person. If you paid for this while abroad please ensure you have an Order with the Deposit ticket assigned and completed. If you didn’t pay for a Deposit ticket don’t worry you can book one here for £30 each. https://naughtyreunion16.eventgeniustravel.co.uk/
- When do I get my tickets?
All tickets will be sent to your email address a week before the event. Please make sure to print off each ticket including your Deposit Ticket, Accommodation and any Extras. Don’t worry if you’re unable to print your ticket please make sure to have the PDF open and available on your smartphone / tablet when arriving.
- Can I check-in before my friends?
The lead booker for a booking will have to show ID when checking in with other guests. You must be the lead booker when checking in.
- What time can I check in on....
Thurs - From 4pm
Fri - From mid-day 12pm (Noon)
- How do I get my Parking Pass?
If you have paid for your Parking Pass on arrival at Butlins you will be asked for your e-ticket (Sent to your email). This ticket will the be scanned and you will be given your parking pass by one of our staff. 1 Parking pass it needed per car.
- Where is my pick-up location for Big Green Coach?
Please check at the bottom of this page: http://www.thenaughtyreunion.co.uk/info/index.html You will be sent an e-ticket from Event Genius and another ticket from Big Green Coach confirming details.
